The Department of Social Protection provides the Treatment Benefit Scheme to insured workers, self-employed individuals, and pensioners who have paid sufficient PRSI contributions.
### What are you entitled to?
- **1 Free Dental Examination Every Calendar Year:** Complete checkup with your dentist.
- **Subsidized Scale & Polish:** You pay only a capped co-payment of €15 to €38 (the government covers the remainder).
- **Spousal Cover:** If your spouse or partner is dependent on you, they may also qualify under your PRSI record!
